Nicki James Shepherd is a Burnley born, film and television actor. He is best known for his role as the guest character ’Ted’ (2017) in the British soap opera Emmerdale. Prior to his appearances on the show, Nicki was cast in several smaller roles, in TV, Film and Ad campaigns – including ‘Phil Foulmere’ in CBBCs The 4 o’Clock Club.

Before his career in acting, and his subsequent television appearances, Nicki was trained in screen acting at the Carol Godby Theatre School in Bury. He also appeared in several small youth theatre performances.
